The Ministry of Rural Development has sanctioned Rs. 1.19 crore of Grants-in-aid to 26 District Rural Development Agencies (DRDAs) of Assam towards part payment of first instalment of Central Share for the year 2007-08 under DRDA Administration as per details below:

The funding pattern under the scheme is 75:25 between Centre and the State. The utilization of funds is to be in accordance with the DRDA administration guidelines and the release of the second instalment during 2007-08 is subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions as per the DRDA Administration guidelines.
