This year Twenty Six tableaux participated in the Republic Day Parade-2007 , where India showcase its military and economic strength. This year’s tableaux component comprises of 18 States/UTs, 06 Ministries & 01 department. Each tableau had its own story to tell with their themes varying from industrial progress to National Heritage and from traditional arts to legendary personalities. This year Best Tablaeu award was presented by Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri AK Antony. Defence Secretary Shri Shekhar Dutta and other official officers also attended the Tablaeux award ceremony at Rastriya Rangshala Camp, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
