(a) the time by which work on the Bharat Oman Refinery Limited at Bina (M.P.) is likely to be completed;
(b) whether the Oman Government is backtracking from its commitment; and
(c) if not, the reasons for the delay in setting up the refinery there?

(a) to (c) Due to delay in receipt of certain environmental clearances for the crude import facilities for the Refinery Project, Oman Oil Company (OOC) has decided to review their investment in the project. The project is expected to be completed within 48 months from the date of commencement of project execution.
