Question : FUNDS FOR ENVIRONMENT CONSERVATION

(a) whether any allocation of funds has been made by the Government to States for environment conservation and plantations during the Tenth Five Year Plan ;

(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise;

(c) the extent of funds utilized as on date and the funds yet to be utilized alongwith the reasons therefore; and

(d) the directions issued to the State in this regard ?
