(a) the present status of setting up Atmanirbhar Bharat Corner in 100 Indian Missions/ Embassies across the world;
(b) whether the Government has devised a plan in identification of which Geographical Indication tagged tribal art and craft products would be promoted there; and
(c) if so, the details thereof??
(a) As per the information received from Tribal Co-Operative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED), tribal products have been dispatched to 63 Indian Mission/Embassies abroad for Atmanirbhar Bharat Corners, out of which the products have already been displayed in 42 places as on 1.2.2022.
(b) & (c) So far, 14 GI tagged tribal art and craft products have been sent for display in the Atmanirbhar Bharat Corners in the Indian Missions/Embassies abroad.
