Question : Shortage of IPV4 Addressing Space

Will the Minister of ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) whether India is facing severe shortage of iPV4 addressing space due to rising demand for IP address in the country;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether most of the India Organisations are not Internet Protocol Version 6 (iPV6) ready due to lack of Infrastructure for new version;

(d) if so, the details thereof;

(e) whether Government has formulated any strategy for migration to iPV6;

(f) if so, the details thereof; and

(g) the time by which the transition from iPV4 to iPV6 is likely to be completed?
