(a) Ministry of Panchayati Raj reviews the performance of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) throughout the country from time to time through studies, review meetings, field visits, video conferencing, Information Technology applications, Common Review Missions (CRMs) etc. Details in respect of activities planned by the State of Odisha from Central Finance Commission Funds relating to management of rains and floods are as under:-

(b) The number of women panchayat members (Gram / Block / District) and women sarpanches in Odisha are 52,066 and 3,779 respectively, as reported by Government of Odisha.
(c) The Ministry has launched eGramSwaraj, a Work Based Accounting Application for PRIs under the e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project on 24th April 2020. In Odisha, so far 6798 Gram Panchayats (GPs) for 2021-22 and 6766 GPs for 2022-23 have prepared and uploaded their Gram Panchayat Development Plans (GPDPs). 6624 GPs have closed their year books for the year 2021-22 and 6484 GPs have closed month books for 2022-23. Furthermore, under 14th Finance Commission, 6714 GPs and 6382 GPs have carried out online transactions during 2020- 21 and 2021-22 respectively. Similarly, 6734 GPs have carried online transactions under XV Finance Commission during 2021-22.
(d) For the implementation of SVAMITVA Scheme, Memorandum of Understanding between Survey of India and Government of Odisha was signed on 5th February, 2021. As on 13th July, 2022, drone survey has been completed in 830 villages and 316 property cards have been prepared for residents of 12 villages of Rayagada district in the State.
