(a): As per available reports, no terrorist group as such is active in Punjab at present. However, certain individuals earlier associated with some Pro-Khalistan terrorist groups are arrested by the State Police from time to time.
(b): There are no such reports.
(c): The Pro-Khalistan terrorist outfits namely, Babbar Khalsa International, International Sikh Youth Federation, Khalistan Commando Force and Khalistan Zindabad Force continue to be banned under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act, 2004. The situation is closely monitored by the Central and State security and intelligence agencies.
