(a) the number of civilian employees working in URC canteen, Army
Headquarters, died in harness during the last three years;
(b) whether the family members of these deceased employees have
been appointed on compassionate grounds;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and
(d) the time by which the dependents are likely to be given
employment on compassionate grounds?

(c) There are no provisions for appointment on compassionate grounds
in the rules regulating the terms & conditions of service of civilian
employees of Unit-run-canteen paid out of non public fund and
Government guidelines regarding appointment on compassionate grounds
do not apply.
