(a) to (c): Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is developing an Advanced Light Helicopter. It has also designed and developed a low cost attack helicopter, named `Lancer` for counter insurgency, riot handling, security and reconnaissance roles. Three such attack helicopters have been delivered to the Indian Army against their order.
