(a) whether the IRCTC has decided to give six tickets per month instead of ten through one mail ID;
(b) if so, whether the Government are contemplating to provide at least 10 or more tickets per month from one ID keeping in view the problems of the students, businessmen and the citizens;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the IRCTC is contemplating to provide its passengers the facility to change boarding station at its site; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?

(a): Yes, Madam. The monthly limit of booking of tickets through Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) website by an individual user has been revised to six tickets in a month instead of ten tickets in a month.
(b) & (c): Introduction of schemes, their modification/proliferation is a continuous and on-going process. However, at present, there is no such proposal under examination.
(d) & (e): The facility of changing boarding point has been extended to e-ticket holders through the IRCTC website. However, the boarding point can be changed only once and at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the train.
