(a) whether the health insurance scheme proposed by the Union Government will be implemented in the State of Jammu and Kashmir; and
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(b): The State Government of Jammu & Kashmir has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with National Health Agency for implementing Ayushman Bharat National Health Protection Mission (AB-NHPM) on 14th May, 2018.
