Will the Minister of URBAN DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:
(a) the details of unauthorized colonies in Delhi, location-wise;
(b) whether the Government proposes to regularize these unauthorized colonies and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has also directed Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to expedite the regularization process of unauthorized colonies; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the action taken/ being taken by DDA in this regard?

(a)& (b): The entire process of regularization of Unauthorized Colonies (UCs) in Delhi is to be coordinated and supervised by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) as per the Regulations for Regularization of UCs in Delhi dated 24th March, 2008 as amended from time to time. The details of UCs in Delhi is available on the website of Urban Development Department of GNCTD at the web address indicated below:

(c) & (d): The Regulations for Regularization of UCs outline the responsibilities of the organisations, namely GNCTD, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and concerned Local Bodies. DDA has informed that in accordance with these Regulations, it has marked Master Plan/ Zonal Development Plan roads etc. on the Layout Plan of UCs and submitted them to GNCTD.
