Tiger Reserve in West Bengal. by the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad, 33 samples are positively of tiger origin.Action has been taken by the said institute for genotyping of the positive samples.

Under the ongoing Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Project Tiger, funding assistance is provided to the Tiger Reserve, which, , includes protection.The details are at Annexure-I.
